Case Study: Driving Policy Impact through Digital Advocacy

The Challenge

In early 2025, we supported a confidential public affairs campaign aiming to influence national policy. The challenge: the issue was highly sensitive, filled with public misconceptions, and involved decision-makers who were difficult to reach through conventional channels.

Our Approach

We launched a 360-degree digital advocacy campaign combining expert voices, community insights, and influencer storytelling. The strategy focused on three key goals:

  1. Amplify public sentiment in ways that aligned with the advocacy message

  2. Mobilize trusted voices, including doctors, economists, and parenting influencers

  3. Drive engagement from targeted groups, especially mothers, through relatable content

What We Did

  • Created short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and podcasts

  • Highlighted real-life parenting challenges to humanize the issue

  • Worked with 100+ creators, from mega influencers to nano voices

  • Published articles in trusted online media and reactivated them on social

  • Encouraged user-generated stories and stitched reactions from moms

  • Nudged policymakers directly through subtle mentions and tagged posts

Why It Worked

The campaign didn’t push a brand. It told real stories, featured expert insights, and opened space for community voices. The focus wasn’t just on winning a moment—but on shaping a movement.
